 An ozone generator is a device that produces ozone gas, which is then released into an area containing either air or water to kill microorganisms and remove odors. These devices are used for various industrial and commercial purposes, for example, to disinfect hospital laundry, or deodorize smoke damaged objects. In residential spaces they are often used to remove odors from homes or apartments due to smoke damage. 

 Air scrubbers are used to clean and deodorize areas where unpleasant odors are lingering. They are most typically used to eliminate the smell of smoke after a fire or musty odors that often accompany water damage.  They can be used in conjunction with an Ozone Generator for optimal impact.
